Please Help! Allosaurus is not viewable in the Collection – Jurassic World Play Review

Please help! We purchased the Dino Rivals Allosaurus and scanned it. The scan and unlock animation works! However, Allosaurus cannot be viewed in the Collection as either as an unindentified or identified dinosaur. Thank you for your time!
