Why didn’t I join sooner?? – Orangetheory Fitness Review

As an avid runner the past 25 years I was always curious OT but figured since I run 35-45 miles a week even when not training for a race I didn’t need more running. Well, boy was I wrong. The things I am weaker at (speed and hills) are what a lot of the running is and 1/3 or more of class is weights and the rowing is awesome whole body strength/fitness. I love how any person can do it and it is a killer workout and I can’t wait to see how this helps my overall running too!
