Grande Communications must be the company with the worst customer service and mobile app on the planet. incredible… in 2021 the mobile application is so out of date that even if you have Tivo it cannot be used. I have a subscription to Grande because it is the only internet option in Castle Hills (Dallas) but if I had known that they are so technically backward and with such poor customer service I would not have even bought the house in this place, which is supposed to be one of the best areas in Dallas-Fort Worth. Grande sells you 1G of internet service that will never even reach 400M ...
