No Call No Show – Dolly: Moving & Delivery Help Review

Set up to move a fridge to the basement one week in advance. Within an hour, got a text that it was accepted and someone would be at my home on the day requested. The night before I was notified that my job had to be re listed and was accepted by someone else who also cancelled, but then a third person accepted and set the time for 9:30am the next day. They did not call or show up. At about 1:00pm I emailed Dolly support as my job was still listed and requested to cancel it. After not hearing back from Dolly, I went online and cancelled my job, but was charged $19.00 for cancellation. When I called, they said they would refund my money, but now say they can’t, but can offer me a credit for future use.
