Was skeptical – Lumen - Metabolism Tracker Review

I was skeptical it would work but it does! And it keeps me motivated to stay in fat burning mode. Definitely a good purchase for helping me lose weight. I use the Lose It! app to help track my food and the two apps together make a super app.
