Need to fix calls – Elevate UC Review

Our business and a number of others using this system report issues with voice on this app. Often the call recipient can’t hear us, and the app keeps doing its “low-signal” beep even on the same wifi networks that the desk phones work perfectly fine on. Especially bad on cellular connections, even when strong.
