Horrible – PhotoCool Free: Photo Editor, Effects, Filters and Frames for ig, fb, ps, flickr Review

Horrible why does it keep messing up and going out before I could even get in and use the app! I know it's not just my device, I used my iPhone,iPad, and then I used my cousins iPhone, then my aunts iPad2 it's really just a very frustrating app, please don't waist your time people. ZERO STARS TRUST ME IM VERY DISAPPOINTED. HATE IT.
