Fake and misleading – Breeze: Mental Health Review

An instagram ad brought me to try this app and I wasn't surprised at all when I saw how inaccurate and predictable the "personality" or "mood" tests were. It's not worth paying a single dollar for. All these "self-help" apps that are paid are a scam and you can find much better resources online, such as on YouTube. Better yet, find a therapist. Good luck to you all trying to improve your mental health, don't give your money to these bozos.
