Lost my iPad account – Pirates of the Caribbean : ToW Review

During an update the game showed a strange error message and then I had to log in using my email. It starts the game over completely. Not showing my old account or alts. I still get alerts for my alt. But can only access from my very cheap android phone. It isn’t capable of playing the game. Always freezing and lagging. Please get me back into my account!
