Insufficient information to Vendor – Steak 'n Shake Rewards Club Review

This app asked for cross information between my apps I declined. I then proceeded to try my location and my zip code to put in an order. It kep complaining about insufficient information to vendor. I have used this app for previous orders and even tried to repeat an order previously ordered at my location. It complained something is not available on the menu anymore. Steak ‘n Shake is showing their true colors and isn’t interested in supporting their customers in making mobile orders. On my last two orders on this app they had been out of the specific fry cup sizes as well as cheese cups and refused to give cheese on the side for fries even though I paid for it. Half of the steak n shakes in my market have closed due to bad business model and this experience just re-iterates how unimportant the customer experience is to them.
