Reels is distorting pictures during upload – IGTV from Instagram Review

Reels just started distorting, stretching and color-shifting pictures during upload. As of right now, with latest update, Reels are completely out of service on my iPhone X. Started overnight but can’t find anyplace to help. Hope new updates will handle this???
