Uncomplicated – FastHabit Intermittent Fasting Review

I used to use the Zero fasting app timer but it just wanted to sell you stuff. Fast Habit app is much easier and just a plain ole tracker. Nothing complicated and no constant trying to sell you stuff or getting you to upgrade to something you don’t really need.
