Why the bad reviews – Wonder Zoo - Animal Rescue! Review

I wanna to play Wonder Zoo but the game does not work. It’s just show up the opening screen then after the it just freezes. When I try to click on it, it just give the gameloft privacy policy instead of the title screen.
