Ads don’t work

I love this game and I was really happy when they added the ability to watch ads and earn coins however I got a new phone nothing transferred over which I was annoyed about but I recently re-downloaded it and when I went to watch and ad to be able to get coins to expand my zoom it says loading and makes you think it is going to play a video and then it just doesn’t play and goes back to the zoo menu and it is doing the same thing when I try to watch a video to get an animal. Please fix this bug if there was no issue with the ads I would give it 5 stars because the game is very fun itself just these bugs need to be worked out.

I really love this game I had it a few years ago and I just got it again but every time I go into the app after 10 seconds it crashes

I download the game and it loads and my language is in Chinese...? I finish the tutorial without knowing what the person was saying at all I try to go into settings but the game crashes every time I try to go to settings...???? I just uninstalled

Hi I used to play this game on my old iPad and it was so much fun and it still is but when I got an iPhone it all changed it would crash as soon as I went in gameloft probably doesn’t care about this game anymore but if you are please please fix this. This game is so much fun when it doesn’t crash

I wish I had some more positive things to say but since I have not been able to play longer than 10 minutes each time I open it cause it crashes I don’t have many fond words to share. This game crashes within 10 minutes of playing if it didn’t crash when it was loading to open. It’s very frustrating I liked what I was able to play it’s a shame it won’t work longer atleast

This game is nostalgic for me, I used to play it as a kid and it’s exactly how I remembered, the game crashes so much that I could barley play it. I’d love this game if I could actually play it

I won’t work or iPhones at all!!! I love this game so much when I had my android, but now that I have an iPhone. It won’t load, it glitches like crazy, won’t save my progress at all, and logs me out in the middle of the game. Please fix this so I can play it on my iPhone PLEASE!!!!

I know you guys work super hard, just please fix the simple ad glitch. You've made so many great games, what's stopping you from fixing that? I know you're fully capable. It's a beautiful game, please fix the ads. If you can't then find an alternative for us to get those animals that can only be obtained by watching ads! Thanks so much
