They renew without sending a reminder!! – SplashLearn: Kids Learning App Review

For two years I have been getting charged $99 without any reminders that my plan is about to be renewed. This is completely unethical!! At least a two week reminder needs to be sent. And on top of that my kids have not used this in more than 2 years!! I would not recommend this to anyone!
