Accuracy? – SnoreLab : Record Your Snoring Review

I’ve been on a CPAP for years and try to make sure my mouth stays closed, but tried this app to see if I still snored. I was a bit surprised to see the spikes in my graph, especially the one labeled “epic”. I played the recording and found it was the train crossing down the street. All the spikes were the trains except once it was me rolling over and moving my CPAP tube. Didn’t find any snoring in all the spikes.
