Perfect, but no discount upgrade to SSP7? – SkySafari 6 Pro Review

I have not a bad word to say about SSP6, I use it every time I go out observing. It has taught me so much of the night sky! That said, my hang up at this particular moment is that I was given a pop up promising 50% off SSP7. I tapped it through to the App Store, where the upgrade was simply full price. What can I do?
