Great Game! But having trouble getting my last gem on Candy Cafe – Crossy Road Castle Review

For some reason when I am in one of the secret doors, I get to the gem but instead of receiving the gem I get one of those purple things. I haven’t gotten the gem for that secret room yet and I am really confused.
