Awkward, confusing and one way only – Donatos Review

Donatos reward system which is linked to this app does not work well. It requires specific sequences to follow and rewards disappear. Prices are not consistent, nor discounts with little communication between Corporate and franchises regarding promotions. I have notified both Corporate and local franchise repeatedly about said problems. They acknowledge them, apologize, but don’t get the problems fixed.
