We order almost every week and the food is always good. The app works great and the staff at the drive thru window is always friendly.
Awkward, confusing and one way only

Donatos reward system which is linked to this app does not work well. It requires specific sequences to follow and rewards disappear. Prices are not consistent, nor discounts with little communication between Corporate and franchises regarding promotions. I have notified both Corporate and local franchise repeatedly about said problems. They acknowledge them, apologize, but don’t get the problems fixed.
App tedious, not intuitive.

Took me way longer to order from app than website. Wanted to order same pizza again and couldn’t easily find that option.
App Issue - Refer a Friend Link Not Showing
Choosing a nickname is stupid.
After placing my order via the Donatos app, it provides the estimated pick-up time and a link for info on your Refer a Friend program. When I select the Refer a Friend link, I see My Profile, My Addresses, and My Cards, but no info for Refer a Friend. I have seen my personal referral link previously. I am signed in to my account and I only have one account, so neither of those are at issue. Where does one find the Refer a Friend personal link on the Donatos app?

No matter what you try, you will never be able to use the specials. Discount will not apply Nd will say invalid. Just call your order in. It’s easier than using this mediocre app. 2012 called… it want its app back Donatos
