Not sure what’s going on with this app – BaconReader for Reddit Review

It used to be pretty reliable, but over the last couple months I’ve seen an increase in issues. 1) Locking up or stuttering during swipe up/down scroll inputs. 2) Keyboard lag despite resetting iOS keyboard and dictionary. 3) If you so much as breathe on an ad it opens. I’m fine with the ads, NBD, but they’re set differently than scrolling, they open even if you touch them for scrolling. That’s just stupid. 4) Lingering badges for messages. It’s been weeks with some form of stuck badges saying I have messages or replies that are not viewed. I’ve checked via other reddit apps or on a computer, nothing’s there, yet the badges persist. 5) dumps comments into drafts without posting them. I’ll be typing out a reply and by some weird glitch the screen will change showing keyboard disappearing and front page, and my reply will be thrown into a draft. Or I’ll hit “submit” and it will be sent to drafts. Really frustrating to wonder why you haven’t gotten any replies only to find out the app glitched and never sent your reply in the first place. Also, it seems to double all drafts. There’s 2 of each post. It’s been a pretty good app, but issues are mounting. Edit: this app just keeps having issues. It hasn’t worked without issues for years now. 1 & 2 keep happening and its been over a year since my previous review of the app. 3 & 4 are finally fixed, as well as the drafts issue. But now video clip playback stalls, and once a clip as been tapped for viewing from the main feed Instead of viewing the post and then tapping the clip I can no longer open any posts. Tapping clips or links works, but the posts won’t open. Have to swipe the app closed and re-open and start again.
