UNPLAYABLE - Game reverts HOURS of play time daily – Bud Farm: Grass Roots Review

My game is restoring itself to a save from hours ago multiple times a day. I have played this game for a long time and I can no longer play because my progress just gets wiped. Reached out to support and heard nothing back. If fixed, great game. As is, unplayable.
