I don’t get notifications – Wi-Fi Login Review

The app seems to take care of logging in to A network when I open it, but I cannot seem to get it to notify me under any circumstances. More concerning is the fact that there seems to be no way to contact the developer for help. The app support link here simply takes me back to this page in the App Store. So there is no way to communicate. I want to like the app but if there is no way to get help I cannot. Developer is there any way to contact you or get support?
