Needs drastic improvement – IGTV from Instagram Review

I’m unable to save videos to drafts. When I click save to draft, it’s no longer there. And when I try to post videos to IGTV, they no longer post on my phone. Now I no longer see the IGTV icon on my desktop computer. Instagram, please get it together and help us users to have a seamless user process. I feel like so many features of this app is so inconsistent.
