Payout – Achievement - Reward Health Review

I have never had an issue redeeming my points until this last time. It’s been almost a month now and still nothing. Contacted support was told the payout was stalled as they would fix it. Still nothing and can’t get support to respond back again even with a new ticket reported. I have plenty of other apps to track my steps along with my watch and if I can’t receive my reward there is no reason to keep this app now.
