not impressed – Cogni - Mobile Banking Review

its really hard to give this "bank" serious attention because for the life of me i cant understand why its so hard for me to make a simple transfer of $25 into this account from my other online acct because im trying to gauge ease of use and accessibility..... and once again failing miserably because though funds left my other acct days ago this acct is still sitting on "pending"..... as it has the last few times i simply tried to transfer $25. the transfer feature should be removed because ive yet in several tries to see it actually work.... if i cant count on a simple transfer like that the last thing im gonna do is gamble on my paycheck sitting there in "pending" for an eternity like $25 does..... and i work for a credit union so im not completely clueless on these things..... this whole experiment makes me appreciate chime more than i already do..... not one problem in 2 years....
