Hello, your app has the potential to scale up further. I have a premium subscription, yet unable to dial or receive text within the US or Canada, let alone Puerto Rico, although was able to purchase the subscription from your service. ? Please let me know about your refund policy, or fix given I can’t use your Help & About Us function either. Thanks, AC
