I have been on this app for 3 years + and we don't want to see those unremovable ads in our home chat ( if you use the app you will know what I mean). Also, allow us to be able to text any number without dialing the number first. Allow buying monthly subscriptions with credits. The rest of the app is wonderful. Also, change the Application background it looks boring.

I have a premium subscription, yet unable to dial or receive text within the US or Canada, let alone Puerto Rico, although was able to purchase the subscription from your service. ?
