Rip off – Veo Review

It’s happened to me 4 times now where I attempt to rent a bike clearly displayed on the map just to be met with a “undergoing service” message and no other bikes in the vicinity. As well, I’ve been charged for bikes that immediately lock after unlocking AND charged for bikes that barely even function (missing pedals, breaks non functioning, gears not switching). Absolutely abysmal app, save your money and sanity just go drop a ton on your own e bike.
