No Customer Service Whatsoever – Guitarist Magazine Review

I've been buying and downloading Guitarist for a year or so. The software got an - ahem - "upgrade" a couple of months ago, whereupon I lost all the purchased mags. I've tried following all the instructions for restoring lost editions, but it doesn't work. I've tried contacting them three times, and all three times I've received a useless automated reply. I give up. The App doesn't work, and obviously they have no idea about Customer Service. Pathetic.
