It was perfect until recently – PromptSmart Pro - Teleprompter Review

I don’t know what happened, but now I’m having issues with not seeing my videos after recording. I recorded 6 videos yesterday but none of my video are showing up in the video library from yesterday’s shoot or before, even after hitting the refresh button multiple times, updating my phone, restarting my phone, and checking for updates for this app in the App Store. I was able to see them before recording three latest videos, then nothing just a button constantly refreshing, saying loading. I even opened the app on my iPad too and still it does the same thing.
