WARNING: Requires data connection – Garmin UK & Ireland Review

This app requires a data connection to 'activate maps' each and every time it runs. Since most iPhone users don't have UK or Ireland compatible phones or data plans, why on earth is this even sold in the US store? There is NO WAY to use it offline.
