Doesn't work – US States States and Capitals Quiz Review

This app did not work on my iPad. I want my dollar back. What a waste! I thought Apple monitored these apps. It is blown up so big and will not allow you to play. TERRIBLE. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
