Fantastic! – FastHabit Intermittent Fasting Review

This is the second app I have tried, and I instantly knew it was right for me! I love the ability to reset start/end times, how it visibly links weight vs fast, price, and it’s ability to link with Apple Watch, etc. The only wish I have right now is some kind of color stars, words of encouragement or something in color to give me warm fuzzies! At 71 I am still 7 years old!
