Nothing but great, kind, and generous staff. Very professional, bed side manners, educational, patient, punctual, and thoughtful people. Dr Portuese and staff communicate well. Talk with them about what exactly you want. They are open, honest and direct regarding what to expect and what your payment will be! No hidden payments etc. So happy with my new nose:) cost me 6 grand give or take but I could care less because Dr Portuese can deliver. I got exactly what I wanted!
