Still testing – H-E-B Go Review

I purchased and scanned 7 items, went to the kiosk and scanned the QR code and the system promoted an HEB employee to come over. He had to scan three items just to ensure I wasn't ripping off anything. WHAT!!. If you don't trust the customer, why have this app and process.
