App not syncing and media not present on cards – AnkiMobile Flashcards Review

I spent all my morning trying to sync the anki cards so that I can view the media on the anki cards. However, it always ends early due to connection error. If an app expects me to pay $25, I would at least expect it to function properly so I don’t have to waste so much time as a student.
