This game is fun but needs a few changes – King & Scum Review

I like this game but am getting a little frustrated.. I can't figure out why sometimes I am allowed to play a card with the same number on the deck and other times it won't let me, for instance, the person before me will put down a 9 so I go to put down a 9 and it lets me play my 9 on theirs, then the next round the person before me puts down a 3 and then I try to put down my three and it wont let me it is frustrating that its not in the rules why it does that. Also I do not like how when you finish and get out of the app I will finish a hand but when I log back in I have to play the last hand I played back again that bugs me.
