Not user friendly – Skrill - Pay & Transfer Money Review

I signed up 2 days ago and deposited 20 bucks. It shows taken from my account but my Skrill balance is 0. I tried to message through the app and it keeps saying invalid although everyone is a drop down so not sure why it would show invalid info. I tried again using a different message choice and within seconds it says times out. I’d like my 20 bucks
