horrible my money hasn't entered my Itaú account in Brazil, send the request to do the cancellation and they didn't cancel. it I never sent it again with this app.

I downloaded the app and lost $70 that I didn’t authorize with a card I didn’t register. I couldn’t cancel the card either. I don’t suggest this app at all. And if you are in the US you can’t even contact them via call or message due to the fact that they are a foreign vendor and don’t answer US citizens.

I’ve been waiting well over 5 days for a direct deposit from my bank go go through and it’s not even pending! I’ve never had this issue. My bank is always on top of any transaction so I know it’s not on their end. I tried to make multiple withdrawals with two different credit cards that are approved and all were denied. If you try to use your debit card to gamble online there are only about 8 approved sites that you can put money on to gamble. So basically to sum it up I’ve had my account for almost two weeks now and haven’t been able to use it for anything! Absolutely horrible.

I signed up 2 days ago and deposited 20 bucks. It shows taken from my account but my Skrill balance is 0. I tried to message through the app and it keeps saying invalid although everyone is a drop down so not sure why it would show invalid info. I tried again using a different message choice and within seconds it says times out. I’d like my 20 bucks

Si vas a instalarla por primera vez, procura que no te bloqueen la cuenta por alguna de las tantas razones que esta app te puede bloquear una cuenta porque si creas otra nueva, y ve que ésta es similar en algo a la anterior tampoco te dejará usarla, en verdad un fastidio. ?
