OBSESSED WITH THIS APP – Sworkit Fitness & Workout App Review

So I had this app way back in 2015-2016 and honestly this is one of the best workout apps I have ever had. All the workouts are simple and straight to the point. I have tried many other apps like the Nike training club app. But this one I prefer because there are no delays in the traditions from the next workout. The Nike training app if you sign up for one of the programs with a trainer, you have to play a video for each exercise and it doesn't just transition to the next one for you. You have to click on each exercise which I find annoying and less productive while working out. The only downside is this app used to be free for all access and now you have to pay to get everything. While the Nike training app is free.
