I’m afraid to make purchases – Comixology - Comics & Manga Review

I enjoy the app. and have explored with free downloads. Now all I get is a stuck loading screen. I made a purchase on Amazon and quickly “returned” it. I have not contacted or emailed support, just easier to forget it all. I know it works well for my friend.
