Worst app I’ve ever downloaded – iGrow Captivate IG Followers Review

After I purchased the 1 year subscription the app keeps doing 3 hrs analyzing post and when it gets to 100% it freezes and won’t get me new followers or unfollowers I sent a email to the support but no response wish I can get my money back but I’m guessing it to late
