It took a lot of updates and fixing, but the app is working well now. It’s finally a convenient place to see all my loyalty points and to pre-order food from.

Went to Friday’s in Fairview heights Il on Sunday 4/18/21 at 4:00 pm. Got on list to be seated. Young lady said it would be about 20 minutes and that she would call me on my cell phone while I waited in the car. After 30 minutes I went back inside to see where I stood on the list. Three people that was put on the list after me were seated before me. I asked the young lady was I not notified. She could not give me a reason. If you are going to set up procedures then it should be followed. I like Fridays but if this happens again then I will start going someplace else. Once I got seated the service was great.

This is the second time I have gotten pick up and it has been terrible. My salad looks like it’s for a 5 year old and my salmon is not fully cooked. I also didn’t my bread stick.

Why did it save and store my apple pay cards?

Awful app and online ordering structure. There is no way in my account to login and delete the apple pay cards I used that the app AUTOMATICALLY STORED when I used them and did not consent to saving my payment method. No 2-step verification service to secure my account and any hacker can login and basically see my stored payments and use it if they want to.

I cannot name all bc I would leave that or several names out. Great working collaborative togetherness. I tip my hat. They get flooded and ambushed due to location alone. They make it happen. Especially during these challenging times. This place makes me happy. Why? Because of the servers and atmosphere!
