Froze all my passwords – Password Manager ' Review

Have been using this app for years and generally have liked it. But a new version came out with no notification to switch. The older version stopped updating and locked me out of years of passwords. I purchased the new version but there is no way to restore passwords from old version. Reached out to customer service twice, no response. Lame.
