App locks up – Wireless Mobile Utility Review

I’m trying to access pictures on my camera and the app keeps locking up. I have upgraded to an iPad Pro and I think this is the problem. Did not have issues before. It’s frustrating because I want to use my iPad to edit the photos I took in RAW format. Not sure what to do now. Tried using the Snap Bridge but it’s not compatible with my D5500. Need help!
