Can't even download it – Switzerland - Travel Guide & Offline Maps Review

The name of the app is so long that I can't download it (the external disk hosting iTunes folder has file system limitations). But every time I open iTunes it tries (unsuccessfully) to download it, only to fail. This goes on for half a year or so. No other app in my collection has this problem.
