Beware. Doesn’t Work. No customer support. – BBC History Magazine Review

I paid for a subscription online, but when I enter my login info, it says “Retrieving subscription” then just sits there. I tried the App Support link, but that says “Safari cannot find server.” Wrote email to BBC History Magazine and Charles was rude and no help at all. Now trying to figure out how to get a refund.
