Terrible since recently!! – Astrill VPN Client Review

This review comes after three years of use. I live in China, and this is the only reliable VPN out here. I have to say that the iOS app works terribly. I often cannot connect for no reason, and when I want to disconnect, I'm experiencing the same problem. The app hasn't been updated for more than a year! Recently the connect/disconnect issue became even worse than before; to disconnect, I have to enter settings/VPN and delete the VPN profile. The app works perfectly for Windows, macOS, and Android, but the iOS version is atrocious. It doesn't have all the options as other platforms app. And yes, I've contacted customer support on various occasions and never got a solution. Maybe the solution is to update the app finally. For a VPN that costs $120, it should perform much better. Luckily ExpressVPN works much better since the last year, and as a user who always has two VPNs just in case, I won't choose Astrill again if these bugs aren't patched before my subscription expires. Just by reading other reviews, you will see that almost everyone is experiencing the same problem.
