$16.99 a week? $900 a year? – Happy Inspector: Property Management Inspections and Due Diligence Made Easy Review

I own my own small management company with 10 properties. I looked at this program to replace the current checklist system I use for my weekly walk-thrus. I was able to create a list for one of my smaller properties fairly quickly. There were a few things that I would like to have changed and maybe could have but I couldn't figure out how, but that wasn't the big issue so I'm not going to spend time on that. The issue was when after I created a new checklist and wanted to email it to my client, I discovered that each time the checklist is converted into a PDF, it takes 1 credit. You get five credits for free, but after that, it cost $16.99 for 10 credits. So every week, I would have to buy 10 credits at $16.99. Or, I would spend almost $900 a year. I'm sorry, but you aren't taking that much money from me. So close.
